TOO SHY OR TOO MANY MOVIES

Ever wonder why it was easier to say hi to a stranger than to the one person you dream off? Is it because because you’re just too shy? Or is it because of too much movies you watch?

Love is…

I have drafted a few sentences in an effort to write a book book about it. I’ve thought about a Facebook page, even tried to do a song about it but it would seem that these things does not work for me. My goal would seem impossible as there was no way to do it. Love is…is a new category in my blog where you can read how I, Ladyxkerrigan, see the world in terms of Love as I question, get answers, do something about it, read it, watch about it, discover it, catch something interesting about it and continue my life living it. Do be reminded though that this is not an expert page or advise column page but if you do have questions about love, you might discover that you are not the only one who went suddenly clueless about it and perhaps we may discover the closest advise suitable to a certain problem but it still depend on your own interpretation. You are still the driver of your own lives. I am just an aspiring writer and simple adventurer. My goal was not to answer the title and the problems but to venture in the world of love and share the experience how one can discover Love through the eyes of yours truly ~ Ladyxkerrigan.

Glam rock party

The month of December starts with a bang as Microsoursing celebrated their Christmas party December 1, 2012 at Republiq, Resorts World, Pasay, Philippines. Employees of microsoursing shared a night of good food, booze, rock music and glitter fashion as the organizers picked glamour rock as this year’s theme. It was a very loud and live party as bands from each site, went head to head in stage battle as the main program of the evening. Music from Kamikaze, Cranberries, Bon Jovi and my personal favorite, the winner’s rock rendition of Psy’s “Gangnam style”, kept the night in a wild and rocking atmosphere. Gadgets were showered in a raffle for the attendees with four from our department bagging the prize. The glamorous pair from each site was also announced. Performances from the interns, Franco, and the funny video performances from Microsourcing Executives added more sugar and spice to the hot event.
The after party was as random as it can get as my colleagues and I enjoyed the luxurious trip to the casino a level down of Republiq. We enrolled for the free membership and a colleague and I got a fee spin with a keychain/pen as a prize. The experience was expensive but enjoyable once we figured how the slot machines work. I personally earned 270 out of a 100 bet which was not bad until I lost my win to my next slot round. Three more rounds with the machines and I decided to halt the splurge and would be back and opt for my poker and roulette instincts instead.
The night of course will not end for me without the dance, so we followed the group who were already at harbor square and waited out the night with dancing and much awaited vodka bottles. My feet were swollen but the experience and company was worth it. It was a Christmas party the likes of which are not forgettable and definitely just the beginning of my new life. ~Lxk
